Welcome to CITI Lab for your Lab investigation, Ultrasound, X-Ray, Colour Doppler, ECG etc.
CITI Lab provides you healthy and comfortable environment.
CITI Lab perform the tests on State of the Art machines in least possible time.
Please pay atleast 50% of the charges when coming for the tests.
Please ask beforehand for the preparation of patient for different tests. See also website.
Please collect your reports at the earliest. Usually we keep the record of the patients for longtime but it is quite difficult to retrieve six months old record.
When there is certain amount due in your receipt, there may be a little delay in delivery of reports because such reports are kept with the accounts department.
If your doctor is not satisfied with the result you can request the repeat of the test without any charges within 24 hours of report delivery.
We at CITI Lab work with full responsibility and dedication with certain checks at different levels. But we don’t claim that we can’t make mistake. There is always a chance of human error. If you please find any such error do inform us, we shall rectify it.
Patients coming from different organizations which are on our panel are treated according to the policy of the organization given to us.
Sometimes due to certain technical problem reports can’t be delivered at time. We shall try to inform you beforehand these circumstances when arise are beyond over control and believe that they are not intentional. We can judge your anxiety but we request your kindself to be patient.
Our reports are meant for assistance in diagnosis and not to be challenged in Courts of Law.
